Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors or inventory issues.
Payment must be received in full before delivery is scheduled.

Delivery

Delivery fees are additional and calculated based on location and container size.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site meets our site requirements.
AEGIS CONTAINERS is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate site preparation.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of shipping containers, we do not accept returns. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
